How Credits Work
Choose a credit pack. After verified payment, paid credits are added to your member wallet.
Use credits to unlock eligible number analyses and self-service readings.
Completed readings are saved under My Readings. Reopening a saved result does not deduct credits again.
Credit Refund Policy
If all credits from that purchase remain completely unused, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the original purchase. Approved voluntary refunds are returned to the original payment method, less the actual non-refundable payment-processing charges incurred where permitted by applicable law.
Please note: Daily Free, Bonus, promotional and referral credits have no cash value and are not refundable. Life Code and premium personalised customisation services cannot be purchased using ordinary credits.
